Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning a report, briefing, or assessment, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

Meadowpath provides buyer outlook reporting and related briefings for pharmacy channels. Deliverables are professional opinions based on research available at the time of writing. They are informational aids for commercial planning and do not constitute legal, medical, or investment advice.

Intellectual property

Website content and delivered letters remain the intellectual property of Meadowpath Intelligence Desk Co., Ltd. until fees are paid in full, after which the client receives a licence to use the deliverable internally. Redistribution to third parties requires written permission unless the engagement letter states otherwise.

Client materials

You retain ownership of purchase lists and internal data you share. We use them only to perform the engagement and as described in our privacy notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Vietnam, Meadowpath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on outlook letters or briefings. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vinh Long Province unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
