Data we collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, selected engagement, message), correspondence, and engagement records needed to deliver letters and briefings. Server logs may include IP address and basic browser data for security.
Purposes
We process data to respond to enquiries, perform contracted research engagements, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Vietnam.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last reply. Engagement files are retained for up to seven years for accounting and professional records, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
Your rights
