Refunds and cancellations
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on buyer outlook letters, channel briefings, demand reviews, and tender timing assessments.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Meadowpath Intelligence Desk Co., Ltd. for research engagements described on this site. Pricing on the rates page is informational; the engagement confirmation controls the commercial terms.
Booking deposit
Quarterly letters typically require a 30% deposit to reserve the delivery window. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel the engagement. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed research start date, the deposit is refundable minus any third-party interview costs already incurred and itemised. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit.
Full and partial refunds
If we fail to deliver the agreed letter or briefing within the confirmed timeline for reasons within our control, you may choose a revised date or a full refund of fees paid for that engagement. Partial refunds may apply when a scoped portion of coverage (for example one province) cannot be completed and is removed from the deliverable by mutual written agreement.
Non-refundable items
Interview incentives, travel already booked for an agreed on-site briefing in Tan Hoa Hamlet District, and work hours completed on a draft letter after you approved the research start are non-refundable.
Work already started
Once interviews or desk research begin, fees covering completed stages remain due. Unused later stages may be refunded or credited toward a later quarter by written agreement.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Briefing calls may be rescheduled once with at least two business days’ notice at no charge. No-shows without notice may be charged the briefing fee; a replacement slot is quoted separately.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@utilitymeadowpath.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days where the payment provider allows.
